- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The wait in line is sooo long, waited almost 20 min on a Saturday to cash a check. But not only that it's unfortunate, that this location is so close to me. Two tellers, two bankers, no drive thru on this day. One teller seemed to take her time, which made the other to pick up her slack!! It's very frustratingBy geri mydske, January 11, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Awful. They were absolutely NO help. I asked to speak to the manager she refused to see me although she was clearly sitting at her desk not helping anyone. But then was gossiping about me with her staff once I went to my car. It was evident that the manager herself was pointing to my car & looking at me & talking to her coworker that had "helped me". Because I was parked directly out the front window. The only vehicle and person in eyesight. They were very unprofessional and I WILL NOT be going back.By Jenae Robinson, November 29, 2016
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆In early 2016 this location had a massive layoff and have yet to hire any additional personnel . There have been months where the window was closed due to there not being enough employees to cover the window and the people inside. Now a days when I go in there will be only one teller that is working, that now has to cover the window and the people inside. This particular branch is anti-military, weird considering it is a navy town. The manager has told all employees to refuse the use of navy or any form of military ID as identification. Customer service has told me that the manager is the one to blame for this and she has been reprimanded for it.By scythe5944, November 06, 2016
